Is it OK for us to text you?" We text only customers who say yes. Staff record the yes, the date, and the employee name on the customer record in our CRM before any text is sent.

3. Customer-initiated texts from our websites

Our websites (americangroup.pro, americanpaving.pro, americanconcrete.pro and americanlawn.pro) have a “Text us for an estimate” link that opens a text to (502) 586-5899. If you text us first, we reply only about that request (questions, scheduling the estimate, the estimate itself). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
